Question by Christina: Can I get a job in graphics design with only a high school diploma?
Lately I’ve been thinking about my future but I don’t know how I’m going to get scholarships to pay for college. I heard if you make straight A’s you can get a scholarship that pays for you whole college but I make A’s, B’s & C’s. Also if you’re good at a sport you can get scholarships. I play track & cross country but I’m one of the last few to cross the finish line which is not good enough for a scholarship. I have no idea if i’m going to be able to get enough scholarships to pay for college. I was wondering if I can get a job in graphics design that has a good pay with only a high school diploma & a photoshop cs4 certification. Any sources for scholarships in addition would be greatly appreciated.

Answer by NOLA gurl
i know every one hates community colleges, but if you’re doing graphic design then a class from a community college may be good enough. and with your grades the only other option is to take a loan, and you have to pay back all of that.
I know this isn’t relevant, but we have so much in common! I’m on the cross country team (not the best =P) and both of my parents do graphic design!!
